Guideline for Abstract Submission

 

  • Abstract must be submitted in English, Sinhala or Tamil after word processing with MS Word
  • Abstract must have following components
   
Component Guideline
Title In sentence case for English and Centered. Spell out in full if uncommon abbreviations are used
Names(s) of Author(s) First name followed by surname, centered, followed by designation, office address and email. If there are multiple authors, same format should be used for all. Underline the author who should be correspond with SLLA.
Text Should contain (briefly) the objectives, methodology, findings, discussion, conclusions and recommendations and most relevant references. Should not exceed 300 words and figures and tables should not be included. 
Keywords Maximum at the end of the text
Format

Paper size  - A4 (One inch margin from top, bottom, left and right)

Font Type - Times New Roman (English), FM Abhaya (Sinhala) and Kalaham (Tamil)

Font Size - 12

Line Spacing - Single

Length - 250-300
Deadlines

Abstract must be submitted on or before 28th February 2024 to following emails
